  • Supervise all consolidated planning programs including CDBG, ESG, HOME, HOME ARP and COVID 19 Federal funds.
  • Responsible for development of CDBG, ESG, HOME, COVIS 19 and HOME ARP applications, contracts, budgets and statement of works.
