I entered The National Bank of Genetic Data (BNDG), an organism that belongs to the Ministry of Science, Technology and innovative production of the Nation of Argentina. BNDG performs genetic assays to link grandchildren and grandmothers of missing people of the last military regime in Argentina.
This organism gave me the tools, not only technical or scientific, but also showed me the importance and responsibility to return identities, what it is like to work side by side with fellow coworkers as a team, and the importance of giving something to society. During this period, I also did different trainings and courses in the field of Genetic Forensics, human rights, and on the right for people to know their identity, in national and international organisms.

In the institute, I have worked in different laboratories where I obtained experience on cell growth in culture media, on the laboratory of molecular and cellular biology and the laboratory of histology. In parallel, I studied a model of multiple sclerosis in mice (Experimental allergic Encephalomyelitis) and its treatment with stem cells.
D-Glucose and D-Mannose analogs negatively affect KSHV replication by inhibiting N-glycosylation and inducing the unfolded protein response.
