While working in three different fields, I've build great time management, communication skills, and collaborative skills. Working at Nordstrom Rack as my first job let me grow in all this three areas, just mentioned. I had to build time management because there were day's when I closed down the store by myself in my area, so I had to organize myself, or when there was too many customers and a mess at the floor, me and my team had to collaborate here a lot. Collaborating happened often in chaotic scenarios, within this for us to collaborate we involved communication with each other through our to have a successful day. At my registered dental assistant jobs I'll say it helped me in the area of communication. For me to bring excellent customer service with the patients I had to communicate well with them, this involving me being a great listener as well. Lastly, working at my current job as a teacher let me grow in the area of collaborating. Collaborating because I have to collaborate everyday with my other coworkers at the end of the day to get everything done before leaving.
