As an Immigration Services Officer (ISO1), I conduct interviews using the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), the USCIS policy manual, regulations, precedent decision, internal SOPs, legal citations, to apply the appropriate statutory requirement and correctly grant or deny immigration benefits.
