  • Oversaw all aspects opening Longhorn Pediatrics from the ground up. From property lease, construction and repairs, purchase of medical equipment and the hiring of all staff. Along with the legal documents for the sale of the practice after it was established and running for 5 years.
  • Oversaw the take over of Pediatric of South Austin PA to assist on patient placement and collection of patient and insurance balances for over a year to allow the retirement of the physician at practice.
  • Oversaw the take over of Elgin Pediatric. Retrained existing staff and new hire. Licensed the facility under our company tax ID and insurance contract to continue operations with out disruptions.
  • Oversaw the everyday operations for Pediatric Care of Austin while all other medical practices came in and out of our business corporation. This includes but not limited to the following:
