- Resident Support: Assisting residents with personal requests such as arranging transportation for doctors appointments, and helping with communication with family members.
- Guest Services: Welcoming visitor/ families, helping with check- in/check-out procedures, and offering guidance to family members and guests.
- Event Coordination: Assisting with organizing and promoting community events, social gatherings, and activities, ensuring residents are informed and encouraged to participate.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing resident requests, maintaining records and ensuring smooth communication between staff, residents, and their families.
- Facility Management: Helping to ensure common areas are properly maintained and functioning. This might include directing maintenance requests or addressing any immediate concerns.
- Problem Solving: Responding to resident complaints or issues and finding timely, thoughtful solutions while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Creating a welcome atmosphere, providing residents with a sense of security, and making sure they feel valued and cared for.
