• Participated as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Physicians, Nurses, Medication Techs, Physician Assistants, Social Workers and Respiratory Therapists, making pertinent recommendations regarding patient medication regimens and Psychotropic Drug Reviews
• Assisted in staffing the dispensing pharmacy, filling almost 15,000 prescriptions monthly with experience using the following software programs for LTC medication packaging and Medication Administration Record development: QS1 PrimeCare, Medicine-On-Time, and Docutrak
• Assisted in the development and teaching of Medication Administration and Documentation classes as required by DHEC for our facilities.

• Appointed as the Columbia West District Medication Therapy Management District Trainer
• Conducted Medication Therapy Management sessions in which I worked with patients and physicians to adjust and develop optimal medication regimens resulting in an estimated overall health care savings of over $400,000 in the first two months
• Appointed as the Columbia West District Immunization Trainer
• Personally certified over 200 Pharmacists to administer vaccines through instruction of APhA's 'Pharmacy Based Immunization Delivery: A Certificate Training Program for Pharmacists'
• Invited and participated as a speaker at WACH FOX 57's Annual Senior Connect Health Fair
• Gave patient education presentation on Medication Management to over 100 elderly members of the community
