Accomplishments

    I accomplish on a day-to day basics Inspecting the Establishment ensuring they are operating in a sanitary manner to prevent insanitary condition that can and will cause adulteration of the meat and poultry. And ensure the establishment is in compliance with there HACCP Plan, SSOP Plan, and all their Plans, as I observed their process prior to production and during production as well as review and verify their records keeping system on the prior day production. I also monitor the Food Defense Program even more securing Food Defense.
