As a VAT RN, I have more than 14 years experience . Specialize in inserting,managing, and troubleshooting peripheral and central venous catheters. Assessing patients vasculature with ultrasound and providing IV/PICC needs,achieving a >95% first stick success rate.

From 2011 to 2018, our team was a part of AIC (ambulatory infusion center) I administered intravenous therapies, including chemotherapy, biologics, antibiotics, IVIG, hydration, and blood products.

*Coordinated with physician and staff on assessing vasculature needs, and timely delivery of IV therapies and minimizing catheter related complication

• Assist physician with minimally invasive procedures. Administering moderate sedation during interventional, CT, and MRI procedures monitoring vital signs and responding to medical needs promptly.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educated patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and post-discharge instructions.
• Mentored junior nursing staff, providing guidance on clinical best practices and patient care standards.
