With over 25 years in the EEC field my main focus has been policy and procedures of the overall site.
Over the past thirteen years I have managed thirty+ employees. Along side these employees I trained and shared my experience within a classroom setting. I process payroll on a daily basis and weekly. Hosting monthly meetings and individual meeting with staff. I’ve worked alongside families to continue to keep them connected within the community, Hosting job fairs allowed me to develop relationships with new employees. I’ve held orientations with new families up to 6 times a week. I am responsible for overseeing daily activities in classrooms and 109 children. I process petty cash. I train new hires.
