• Responsible for the creation of production budgets (EMPHASIZE RANGE AND NUMBER OF BUDGETS)
• Management of Domestic and International film tax incentives for Universal Pictures, Focus Features and 1440 Productions

• Entry of all accounts payable, petty cash, purchase card, purchase orders, and journal entries across 4 different international production companies and 5 different global currencies.
• Completed all Workers Compensation monthly submissions reports.
• Tracking of all carbon footprint emissions, as required by the studio, including fuel and electricity.

• Tasked with a variety of projects on an as needed basis in the Film Finance Department including: financial analysis, accounts payable processing, purchase order distribution and input, payroll and workers compensation, SNAP and SAP coding, and budget development.

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all Payroll related files, both physical and digital.
• Tasked with keeping all payroll trackers up-to-date, including but not limited to the crew bible, box rental trackers, and Covid-19 testing stipend trackers.
• Processed all payroll for Background actors.
• Responsible DGA quarterly reports, holiday accrual payout estimates, and crew box rental tracking overages and deficits .

• Completed projects for the different film finance VPs on an as needed basis; which included SNAP and SAP coding and processing, updating financial information for budgeting software, updating weekly box office reports and quarterly trackers, completing expense reports, and creating tax credit statements.
• Created weekly development and pre-production tracker documents which summarized spending on film productions and explanations for costs higher than in-going budgets.
• Developed a database capable of tracking the status of all current projects including production phase, executives involved and timeline for productions in the filmed entertainment group.
• Conducted original research for the Universal Music department which tracked departmental credits for all feature films from 2015-2019 and developed a working document for all (people) credited in terms of their history in the profession.
