As Social Media Manager, I captured and edited photos to post on our Instagram and Facebook pages. I also answered comments, messages and any other inquiries to the best of my ability to keep our customers and clients informed. For more specified projects and design appointments, our main way of communication was by messaging on these platforms as well as email. Therefore, I was also in charge of keeping up with our multiple email addresses. For every sale and event at the store, I made and edited the graphics with all information included to post onto our platforms.
