I worked as a food runner where my roles was to pack takeout orders, makes sure orders were correct and bring the food to the correct table. I also was a barback where I servered and bussed our back bar and help the bartenders with dishes, stock and whatever else they needed. I also worked as a server where I was in charge of a section of tables. I would greet them, make sure they get the drink and food they want. Help them with the menu and make sure they get the best experience they can. With all of these jobs we also had to make sure the restaurant was set up prior to opening and closed down appropriately at the end of the night.
