2019-Present

• Manage in-state fundraising for Jon Ossoff's campaign for US Senate, including running all fundraising events, managing the Senator's direct donor outreach, and conducting direct asks to donors on behalf of the Senator
• Selected by the Senator as one of just four staff members (out of over 2,000) to remain on his campaign team after election
• Played a leadership role in the team that raised $162.8 million from over 2 million donors during the 2020 elections, setting the record for the most amount raised for a US Senate campaign in history
• Coordinate and staff the Senator's national fundraising travel

2014-2017

• Supervised entire development department, overseeing annual giving, sponsorships, major gifts, and institutional fundraising
• Wrote major grant proposals, including new $500k private grant, the largest in the organization's history
• Served as primary liaison to the Board of Directors, including managing board recruitment and onboarding, board meetings, and board retreats
• Assisted the President in the re-organization of the Institute's national chapters, requiring a great deal of collaboration and consensus-building across various stakeholders

2012-2014

• Oversaw the organization's institutional fundraising portfolio, tracking and writing grant reports and applications for major national funders, including National Endowment for the Arts and Bloomberg L.P.
• Worked closely with the President to establish narratives and priorities for funding opportunities

2010-2012

• Drafted copy and collected data for the organization's annual report and wrote speeches for the President
• Created new system of monthly data dashboards for board members to track organizational progress in a clear way

• Managed organization's foundation, government and corporate grant portfolio, totaling over $3.5 million per year
• Secured gala sponsorships at the $10,000+ level from individuals and corporations
