Accomplishments

  • Liquidated 11 large storages units of furniture and accessories and made $250,000 for the company for what was considered dead inventory Then acquired a warehouse for storing all future furniture and accessory purchases for projects, set it up with storage area, finessing/staging area, and deliver area, Saved them rental money because a single good sized warehouse cost less than 11 large storage units per month.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop Sample Checkout List spreadsheet to track samples loaned out to designers for their projects. • As Design Operations Manager for a custom builder, designed a document format to follow the building process for the 6 team designers, making it easier for them to follow the process and guide them through assisting the homebuyers to make selections that started on the exterior and transitioned into the interior. This also lead to acquiring over 1,000 photos of all possible options to assist the homebuyers with design ideas for their homes, illustrating both standard and upgrade options. The document made everything run easily and smoothly.
