• Works with the Director of NIL to ensure our student-athletes are aware of NIL protocol, education sessions, and resources.
• Stays on top of any evolving information related to NIL and keeps staff aware of opportunities or any relevant NIL information.
• In collaboration with the Head Coach monitor and assist with the leadership program for each member of the team.
• Assists women’s Lacrosse players with goal setting and future planning for postgraduation and connects them with resources, mentors to prepare them for life after college.

  • Watched thousands of recruits play all summer long, organized every athlete individually in a document. Tiering them and making decisions on who to call/who to email
  • Organized around 100 calls for our staff. Made calls to get a gauge on their wants and needs - evaluated if St. Joe's would be a good fit.
  • Organized on campus visits - Sold Prospective Student Athletes on Saint Joseph's University - the school, the culture, the team, the facilities. Selling a 4 year intangible experience.
  • Built rapport with families and athletes of all ages and backgrounds. Shaping selling emphasis to their top needs (ex: academics, distance, etc.).
  • Consistently brought in top recruits each year - progressing the program to continue to progress and compete at a high level.
