Responsible for keeping track of all deliveries and NICU admits for Mcleod Regional Medical Center. These are shared on Excel Spreadsheets with physicians and NICU data is entered into Vermont Oxford Network Database. I also track infant deaths for all > 20 weeks and or 350 grams per vital records. These are reviewed by Maternal Fetal Medicine with chart information that I provide quarterly. I conduct detailed chart reviews for all maternal readmits/complications to report any missed opportunities.
