Driven leader with a proven track record in strategic planning and operational excellence, I spearheaded Myriad Software's evolution from a DOS product to the first North American web application for Home Furnishings retailers. At GE Retail Systems, I elevated client services, impacting top-tier retailers. Skilled in organizational leadership and team building, my career reflects significant advancements and innovation in retail management systems.
Myriad Software was started by Carolyn Crowley and Russ Higgins. Our desire was to build a retail management system for the mid-size Home Furnishings Retailers. Our focus was on making the application easy-to-use and affordable. We developed a DOS product in 1990. We developed the first complete Windows-based application in 2003. And we've now developed the first North American based web application for the Home Furnishings retailer. Russ retired in 2008 and Carolyn is now 100% owner of Myriad Software
