My background began with learning team building and teamwork skills as a high school volleyball player. Where I learn de-escalation techniques to mitigate negative situations. i learned team building skills by being put in a situation where working together makes a positive impact on the entire team, making the entire team a success. Upon graduating i used my newly acquired skills to work in the personal care industry as a customer service representative, handling scheduling, sales, and problem solving, as well as customer billing.
