My professional background includes almost a decade of hands-on experience in customer service, commercial maintenance, and small business management. I began working as a janitor at my grandfather's metal fabrication company at age 11, learning commercial cleaning standards and operational efficiency early on. At age 14, I entered the food service industry, quickly gaining experience in high-volume customer relations, POS systems, and team operations.

As a founding employee at Sundae Brew, I assisted ownership with grand-opening operations, established customer service standards, and trained incoming staff on front-of-house equipment and sales workflows. Most recently, as the primary waitress at Hillsboro Cafe, I managed daily floor operations, customer satisfaction, and financial transactions independently, eventually transitioning to full-time management of dining operations after graduation.
