  • Developed a yearly Christmas parade with over 3000 participants and 10,000 spectators.
  • Implemented a scholarship pageant for high school students which awarded 8,000.00 a year in college money.
  • Developed a yearly Lunar Festival to add diversity to the downtown.
  • Organized a collectors street faire which has continued under my direction for 25 years, 5 times a year.
  • Developed a monthly art walk and market night.
