• Proud HPAE 5107 member. Worked with HPAE representatives to create a new contract in 2011 when Englewood Home health was sold to VNAHG and have negotiated every contract since (every 2 yrs).
• Elected vice president local 5107 in 2024. Handle grievances for Englewood as well as West Orange HPAE members.
• Chaired VNAHG Interdisciplinary Practice Council (2015-2019). Introduced and implemented preceptor program, created "Solutions Forum" for employees to voice concerns and suggestions, developed meeting agendas, coordinated guest invitations, and communicated notifications to departments.
• Received three Daisy awards for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients.
• Precepted new staff and actively adjusted preceptor program to align with organizational changes. Conducted ride-alongs with Englewood Hospital MD residents to familiarize them with home care services.

When Pascack Valley Hospital closed I made the move to Englewood Hospital so I would still be an HPAE member, different local. I walked the line and organized the strike shifts in 2006.

• Coordinated home health care plans for Englewood visiting nurse patients.
• Collaborated with physicians, therapists, and hospice staff on care coordination.

• Advocated for nursing professionals through engagement with HPAE.
• Administered comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care at Pascack Valley Hospital.
• Provided direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients, performing assessments, administering treatments, managing medications, and documenting care.
