During and after completing my PhD, I taught across multiple programs at three universities in two states. My work has focused on rigorous, discussion-driven instruction and supporting students in developing strong analytical and writing skills. I later transitioned to teaching Dual Enrollment English in underserved communities in order to expand access to college-level coursework and strengthen students’ preparation for higher education.
