I would like to continue in the SRNA Coordinator role because I am deeply committed to maintaining a high level of education, communication, and support for both our students and staff. I value the opportunity to help shape the next generation of CRNAs, and I approach this responsibility with professionalism, empathy, and a strong focus on creating a safe, open learning environment. Over the past years, students and staff have consistently felt comfortable coming to me with questions, concerns, and feedback, and I take pride in being approachable and responsive. Combined with my extensive experience as a CRNA, I believe I bring the clinical insight, leadership, and dedication needed to continue strengthening our program and supporting our team.
As the SRNA Coordinator, I oversaw and supported the clinical education experience for student registered nurse anesthetists within our hospital. I served as the primary liaison between students, preceptors, and leadership, ensuring clear communication, consistent expectations, and a safe, structured environment for learning. In this role, I monitored student progress, facilitated constructive feedback, and advocated for the students’ educational needs while also maintaining strong relationships with staff to promote a positive teaching atmosphere. I coordinated schedules, addressed concerns promptly, and worked to create an approachable, supportive presence so students and staff felt comfortable coming to me with questions or challenges. Through this work, I helped maintain high standards for clinical education while fostering confidence, growth, and professionalism in our future nurse anesthetists.
As an experienced CRNA, I provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical cases. I am skilled at performing thorough assessments, anticipating patient needs, and making sound clinical decisions under pressure. I communicate clearly and effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and nurses to ensure smooth coordination and patient safety throughout the perioperative process. My ability to stay calm, think critically, and adapt quickly in high-stress situations allows me to deliver reliable, compassionate care for every patient.
