Over the course of my career, my teaching philosophy has evolved from a primary focus on curriculum to a focus on students. Early on, I believed content mastery was my most important responsibility; with experience, I came to understand that I teach students not just math itself. While strong math skills are important, student success is paramount. This shift led me to adopt a more student-centered approach built on relationships, understanding individual needs, and encouraging students to see themselves with confidence. This philosophy creates a supportive, balanced classroom where students are empowered to grow
