6+ years' experience as a Team Lead with SMS (Lessen) for multiple shifts, including weekend evenings and overnight. Assist team members with creating, following up and completing work orders for most SMS/Lessen accounts, including assessing, responding to escalations, and reviewing and approval of affiliate proposals. Currently address / assist all SMS / Lessen accounts that require attention during the overnight shift. Work with all levels of SMS / Lessen teams to ensure SOPs and client expectations are being met. Effective communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette and ability to multi-task. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complicated information into plain English. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher, Interactive Client, Adobe Writer, Outlook, and Lotus Notes. Ability to solve problems independently, to prioritize effectively and to handle confidential information.
