  • Participates in timeline programming decisions affecting long and short range courses of action for assigned projects.
  • Assists and advises lenders and other professionals in structuring transactions so as to meet HUD and FHA financing requirements.
  • Serves as a point of contact for projects assigned with senior HUD management, the sponsor, representatives of other Federal, state and local government agencies, and other external organizations.
