- Manage several animal husbandry teams to develop and execute training plans for a variety of teleosts and elasmobranchs

- Reinforced husbandry behaviors using operant conditioning, such as presenting a wing, dremeling toe nails, and going into a kennel.
- Designed and distributed enrichment of various types (hiding food in toys, hiding food in different places throughout the habitat, colorful blocks for chewing, setting up a sprinkler on hot days)
- Engaged guests with knowledge of the park's animal collection, with an emphasis on conservation education
- Delivered presentations on the microphone to hundreds of guests using storytelling at several different exhibits
