Partnership development
I attended University of Kentucky from 1992-1995 working toward a degree in business management and a minor in communications. I had planned to continue my education to full-fill my degree, but I started my cleaning business and loved being a self-employed entrepreneur. I eventually sold my cleaning business and started a family based remodeling business and eventually incorporated building custom homes throughout Kentucky. I sold my portion of Hardesty Home Improvements when I separated from my husband and went to work in the corporate world as the Chief Operations Officer of Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing. I enjoyed all aspects of my positions from working with the staff, field representatives and implementing growth technics that substantially helped FHTM save on internal costs while growing by over 50% in sales from our field representatives. I eventually resigned my position as Chief Operations Officers and moved to the great state of Oklahoma where I started purchased rental property and progressed into buying and flipping homes throughout Oklahoma and Texas. I currently have a active partner that handles the day to day needs of H.I.S. and I'm in the process of selling my portion of the company.
