  • Successfully created an Accounts Receivable system for Key Accounts which led to a 10% drop in our Over 60 Day %, 15 day drop in our Past Due Days, 5% improvement in Disputes as a % of Revenue, and a 20 day improvement in our DSO all within 15 months. While this was being accomplished I continued to lead a team of 10.
  • Developed and managed a Proforma log for all North America offices. This data is being used to create a new Proforma process and training for our teams.
  • Led the North America Tax RIE which led to the development and adoption of the Equipment Tax Pre-Ship Report.
  • Participated in the North America Collections A3 which from this event was added to six other lean events, along with several action items for process improvement.
  • Due to the success in the Key Accounts AR, in June 2024 was given a second region to develop an AR system in.

  • Successfully created a process for Service invoicing which eliminated a five-month backlog. Part of this included re-writing every process document for the team.
  • Successfully developed the existing team and moved them from being an entry-level team to an experienced-level team, which included hiring and development of new employees, updating roles and band codes, and updating salaries. From this team, 50% have since been promoted into senior or leadership roles.
  • Successfully created and implemented a Service Centralized Invoicing program that began roll-out in 2022 and is finalizing the roll-out plan in 2024. This program has had a drastic reduction in Key Accounts Service customer's AR and disputed invoices along with an improvement in days to bill and first pass yield, all while increasing the count of invoices processed each month.
