· Assist in anticipating discharge needs and transitioning members to lower levels of care

· Provide crisis FEMA relief staffing in Texas on various floors ranging from Med Surg to Intermediate levels of care.

· COVID RICU team nursing model caring for COVID patients on BiPAP. 2:1 ratio.
· Float to PCU Oncology unit once COVID overflow unit closed. 5:1 ratio.
· EP Unit 13 Week Night Contract: 4:1 ratio. Intermediate level of care. Monitor and assess patients post cardiac ablation or pacemaker placement. Monitor cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.
· Telemetry 13 Week Contract Day & 13 Week Contract Night: 5-6:1 ratio. Designated stroke unit. Resource RN for LVN staff for team nursing model.
· Ortho and Bariatric 13 Week Day Contract: 7:1 ratio. Recover and monitor patients post joint replacement, ACDF, or bariatric surgery. Manage simultaneous admissions and discharges on a designated center of excellence for travel surgical patients from across the country. Staple, suture, and drain management and removal.
· Manage a 5-6:1 patient to nurse ratio on a shared general Telemetry and Oncology floor (41 beds on the floor with 27 designated telemetry) in a downtown metropolitan area
· Applies and utilizes nursing process, critical thinking skills and EBP to deliver safe nursing care and appropriate clinical education to patients with a variety of complications including renal, cardiac, endocrine, GI, respiratory, infectious disease, and neural/stroke
· Monitor cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias
· Flexible and regularly floats to the following units: Med Surg, I-ICU (PCU), CVTS (cardiac/intermediate telemetry), and Oncology
