I am a dedicated bakery professional, with over two decades in the industry. My experience ranges from proficiently creating high end desserts and custom cakes, to leading high volume production of wholesale goods, such as cookies and muffins. As a result of running back of house operations, I am serve safe certified and have maintained a good relationship with the health department by practicing safe food holding temperatures and sanitary conditions. I very much enjoy the comradery of working on a team, and am also self motivated and focused when working solo. I excel in a fast paced environment, and am skilled at working on tight deadlines.
