Summary
This position implements training initiatives for H&WS, Employer Solutions, ExamOne and Specialty
Collections to drive superior quality execution, operational efficiency and industry best levels of customer
satisfaction for all collection types. The position is responsible for designing and delivering all training
materials, training coordination and scheduling, identifying gaps, and implementing and evaluating
effectiveness of the solutions. The position is also responsible for developing and implementing all
standard operating procedures (SOP's).
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for development and implementation of training materials, conducting training, certifying and
re-certifying staff for all collection types. This position will partner cross-functionally to ensure the
facilitation of training is accurate, detailed and drives the highest level of quality and customer service.
• Design and implement mechanisms to evaluate training needs on an on-going basis,
including working directly with department heads to identify areas of improvement that can
be addressed through improved education and training.
• Ability to effectively interact with internal customers to identify areas of improvement or
custom/unique client requirements that will require operational deviations and updates to
SOPs/Training.
• Develops the content, objectives and manages scheduling for classroom reviews and field
training.
• Implements feedback mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of training, and makes
continuous improvements as needed for a positive and effective learning experience.
• Develops the annual schedule and cadence for training deployments, inclusive of new
product launches, ongoing education, annual training (such as Immunization) in support of
business needs.
• Develops SOPs for all collection types.
• Perform 'Train the Trainers' on all drug test collections including DOT.
• Certify and re-certify all collection types that require this level of documentation.
• Perform error corrections.
• Perform BAT Machines calibrations.
