Making sure dept floor runs seemlessly

- Techs are keeping patient wait times at a minimum.

-Assisting techs with problem orders from providers

- Working with radiologists making sure biopsy procedures run smoothly

-Triaging between our imaging dept and breast specialist office

-Working with EIT to make sure PACS imaging under appropriate accesssions and correct addendums done if needed by radiologists .

- Taking problem calls from patients (ie post bx complications)

-Assisting with add on procedure ie abcess, that have to be addressed in a timely fashion.

-Coordinating studies between breast surgeons, their RNs and patients. (2nd look u/s from MRI studies)

-Assist on the floor when short staffed in biopsy

procedure, mammography and breast u/s.

-Made service calls when equipment down and followed up with vendor and/or clinical engineering

-Collaborated with physicist, depending on action performed to continue use of equipment.

-Assist pathology coordinator (performing her duties if off) to make sure referring providers aware of pathology results and coordinating appt with breast surgeon or high risk providers.

• Performed all skills that I currently possess.
• I performed all technologist scheduling for 5 BRI offices including rad tech, u/s and mammography technologists. These schedules included coverage for weekend urgent care in two locations, holidays, mid 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM shifts, and all prime-time summer coverage.
• Took call outs from techs and moved techs to cover short offices.
• Acccepted respnosibilites for my manager when she was off duty.

• Supervised employees, including cashiers and stock personnel
• Provided customer service by resolving all customers complaints or employee errors
• Recorded all deliveries
• Calculated monthly billing
• Responsible for closing store which included totaling all receipts and making daily deposits
