Started at Maxim Crane Works in October 2017 as a crane operator.

Rolls and responsibilities of a crane operator are and not limited to,

• All customer and Maxim paperwork properly filled out (ex. customer daily sign in, Maxim JHAs, lift plans, crane inspections, job tickets, etc.)
• Set up/break down of crane and ensuring proper rigging
• All safety procedures and proper PPE are followed by Maxim employees on job site.
• Report all maintenance issues to service manager.
• Controlling crane movements to lift and position loads precisely

Promoted to crane specialist in February 2023.

Rolls and responsibilities of a crane specialist are and not limited to,

• Maintain accurate records of inspection, maintenance and operations
• do crane audits and operator evaluations
• Make sure all PPE is worn in units and/or on job site.
• Make sure paperwork is completed by the operator before crane operations

Started training for dispatching in May 2025

Rolls and responsibilities of dispatching are and not limited to,

• Draw bars assigning cranes, trucks, and employees to jobs.
• Have approval on COD jobs (email quote, JDS, invoice, receipt to management for approval).
• Make sure mobile cranes have proper permits.
• Confirm start times, travel, rigging, safety requirements and job site access before job.
• Make sure all employees safety council, TWIC, CCO's etc. are on file and up to date.
• Make sure all C3. C4 and C5 are completed daily and monthly.
• Ensure new hire packets are completed and pre-employment drug testing is competed.

Ambassador for the tablets at the Port Lavaca yard.

Rolls and responsibilities of the ambassador of tablets are and not limited to.

• Assigning tablets to Maxim employees.
• Checking dates, jobs, times and hours worked for payroll.
• Make sure Samsara is being used by employees driving company vehicles.
• Daily/Weekly meetings for update and questions for tablets.
