While working as a cart boy, I cleaned carts and the golfers' clubs. During all this, I was one of our first employees to get a raise and a key to the shop so that I could work on days that the boss couldn't come in, and when we hired new employees, I would be scheduled with them to ensure that they were taught the right way to handle things. I also worked in the pro shop, handling much of our customer billing. When doing this, I would make sure that they had paid their monthly bills, and when golfers walked in, I would be the one to greet them and answer any questions that they might have.
