Lambda Chi Alpha
Secretary and Academic Chair · Aug 2022 - Present
-Lambda Chi Alpha has played a huge role in shaping me as a leader. Serving as Secretary and Academic Chair, I was responsible for setting up and running meetings, holding members accountable, and managing key chapter operations. Being in a fraternity is a lot like running a small business — there’s structure, budgeting, planning, and team management involved. Through this experience, I gained valuable insight into how an organization functions and how to lead effectively. It also sharpened my communication skills, as I had to coordinate with members, present information clearly, and ensure everyone stayed informed and aligned.
