Dishwasher/meal Prep
- Scrub pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment, and load them into dishwashers. Ensure all dishes are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Ensure the dishwashing machines are operating correctly and report any issues to management.
- Properly store cleaned items in their designated places. Ensure that the kitchen and dishwashing area is organized and free of clutter.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure the kitchen area remains clean and tidy.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Ensuring all dishes and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Ability to work well with kitchen staff and other employees.
- Efficiently manage time to keep up with the pace of the kitchen
- Keep the prep area clean and organized. Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and labeled correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following health and safety regulations.
