• Performed various landscaping duties for neighbors.
• Expected to be proficient in a multitude of tools, most commonly a lawnmower.
• Duties were subject to the customer's discretion. I performed whatever tasks they requested me to do in addition to weekly lawn services (depending on the season).

• Operated as an on-call field hand, predominantly specializing in haying.
• Jobs were often two days endeavors with responsibilities dictated by the employer.
• Tasks typically involved collecting hay from the field and stacking it in a nearby barn.

I, alongside 4 of my peers and 15 SLSD staff, were given the opportunity to work with members at the district office to preview what new curriculum and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) services would be proposed for the coming years. We studied state testing data from schools in the district spanning from 2018 to 2022. We looked to see what trends we could observe and what we believed caused them. The committee was formed as a way for high school students to have involvement in decisions that would affect our peers. We provided our opinions on what had worked, what was not working, and what we thought would benefit students moving forward.

• Worked with my peers to design and market a Student Store inside our high school.
• Oversaw the promotional adds and worked to stock products to be sold during open hours.
• Responsible for identifying what did or did not sell and adapting accordingly.
• Expected to work the register during shifts and interact directly with the customer.
• Gather customer feedback and work to realize their suggestions.

• Assisted in organizing athletic events and practices.
• Supported coaches with equipment setup and logistics.
• Helped serve food during team fundraisers.
• Helped to install culverts on a local trail system.
• Performed various landscaping duties for local individuals who wished to donate to the athletic program.
