I left my friends and family behind to relocate to California in 2021 in order to fulfill my dream of being a member of Team USA and having the opportunity to compete at the highest level for my country. As an athlete, I am currently a member of that team. I've had to learn how to take care of myself and be independent ever since I arrived to California. I obtained a job selling hockey and figure skates to help with that. Although I didn't need the job when I obtained it, my father instilled in me at a young age the value of working early on to gain the information and abilities that will help me succeed in the future.
