
When I first started working at boudins I could only take orders on cash but I’ve always strived to learn more and do the best I can at my job so I learned every position except being a manager and those specific responsibilities. I can take orders and serve food whether it’s to go or dine in, I can also make food in the kitchen such as sandwiches, salads, pizzas, burgers, fries and fried chicken. When In the kitchen I’m constantly restocking when there isn’t orders and keeping my station clean and organized. I love doing dishes it’s fast and easy for me I constantly try to keep the dish pit clean and keep back of house clean. I’ve become very reliable I can cover anyone that needs their break because I have all the skills and I always try to come in when I’m called in on my day off or whenever. In conclusion I always try to stay on top of things if there’s nothing for me to do in the kitchen I will go up front and help out my team and I’m big on preclosing and making sure everybody gets out on time or at least not late, I also try to be as reliable as can be.
