CARTER TRILLING

• Responsible for providing bulk cheese to production lines
• Operating cheese cutting and shredding equipment
• Lift/ carry 40 lbs of product
• Operate cutting systems and all shredding equipment
• Work independently and with a team 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• pushing and raking meat from combo container into grinder
• pushing/pulling wagons of meat
• blending meat for all lines
• communicating between team leaders
• Operating a fork lift
• Obtained a Fork Lift License
• Independently responsible for setting up equipment and getting the line started for 1st shift line

• Work as a team
• Assisted customers in store as needed
• Organized/stocked shelves
• Unloaded large loads of product on conveyer meeting standard boxes per minute
• As my first, job I gained confidence and learned important communication skills
