Hired as Technical Director and promoted to Director of Production after six weeks because of my can-do attitude, ability to thrive in a challenging environment, and success leading the production team through the end of a busy performance season.
Direct the production department and guide the daily technical operations across three venues including the 2,100 seat Peace Concert Hall, 400 seat Gunter Theatre, and 1,300 capacity outdoor Peace Pavilion to execute 10-14 weeks of touring Broadway, 80-100 single-night engagements, and 40-50 performances by resident companies each season.
Develop performance budgets, advance production and hospitality requirements, and complete production settlements at the end of each engagement.
Manage capital projects including a $500,000 audio upgrade in Gunter Theatre completed in 2023; $1.3M lighting upgrade in Peace Concert Hall completed in 2024; $1M+ audio and lighting upgrades to the Peace Pavilion scheduled for completion in 2025; and consulted on new theatrical, lighting, and audio systems in two new venues scheduled for completion in 2025.
