 I've learned a lot of life/team building skills by just by being apart of the baseball team. Baseball has taught me to be more disciplined overall. I've learned constructive way's to get multiple tasks done, dealing with conflict and the most important is learning to put other's before myself. I think this has really helped me see the value of what it takes to run a successful company. Working as a team and with a team not only improves your mood, but your quality of work. Maintaining the same consistency is key.
