As the energy management Tech. for a school district I conscientiously monitored the buildings from startup as well as throughout the day via BAS. Systems included: Automated Logic, Siemens, Tracer summit, Tracer Ensemble, Unify (Reliable controls) and Convergentz

BAS monitoring also involved going on site to correct issue or communicate with other trades to make corrections.

Issues that involve the BAS may include but not limited to Software and hardware failures, tripped devices, scheduling, Resolving comm issues remotely or on site, repair wiring or replacing failed hardware was sometimes necessary.

As the energy management technician I was also responsible for scheduling hvac and lighting for after hour events and seasonal changes, As a good steward of tax payer dollars I schedule the facilities not only for comfort but also with energy efficiency in mind.

Worked with the energy manager and energy conservation group that was hired by the district, I edited the programs in the BAS to coincide with the district's guidelines. I made adjustments during instructional hours and after hours as needed when energy saving opportunities would arise.

• Performed troubleshooting on HVAC systems to determine root cause of issues.
• Conducted maintenance service on HVAC systems to increase life expectancy of equipment and prevent costly repair work.
• Repaired and replaced heating and air conditioning systems for 43 campuses not included aux buildings
• Troubleshooting equipment such as: VFD (ABB, Toshiba, Yaskawa) an A, MCquay Air cooled) Boilers ( RBI, Raypak , Sellers) Motors, Pumps
• Communicated with HVAC supervisor
