I have had the pleasure of providing all aspects of accounting and administrative support for several organizations over the last thirty years. Administrative and financial duties that include: bank reconciliations, bank deposits, journal entries, preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, generate payroll, preparation of payroll tax returns and associated payments, prepare and distribute annual W2 and 1099s, assist with budget preparation and generate monthly budget to actual comparison reports, attend monthly finance committee meetings and Administrative Board meetings.

Accounts receivable for Bellerive Development Company's shopping centers. Receive and deposit rent and common area maintenance payments from tenants in each shopping center. Assist with other accounting duties (as needed) relating to the development of Brannon Crossing shopping center. Prepare and distribute payroll.

Generated legal billing for roughly thirteen attorneys in accordance with standard legal billing practices. Received and deposited client payments.
Organize and facilitate bi-annual meetings of the organization's members, usually at a member's farm. Develop and revise the "KCTA" website to add new members and their farm location.
