Responsible for wiring and testing all Table lamps, sconces, and pendants.

Responsible for packing and shipping all Table lamps, sconces, pendants, side tables, shades, and bulbs.

Responsible for maintaining and ordering all inventory needed for wiring department.

Assisting in development and integration of new inventory system.

Responsibilities include servicing jewelry for Jared, Kay and Zales stores. Along with repair responsibilities, this position requires attention to detail, working well with the shop and the stores, collaboration, organization and a fantastic attitude. Jewelers are also responsible for answering questions from the stores, parts ordering, inventory and overall cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Jewelry skills include, but are not limited to:

Chain repair

Earring back replacement and stone work

Ring sizing

Stone tightening

Melee Stone setting

Re-tipping

Rebuilding channels

Minor fabrication (rebuilding prongs and repairing hollow areas)

Head and set (round, oval, princess, pear, heart)

Jewelry polishing

Jewelry inspection/quality assurance

Diamond certification through DCA

Responsible for providing excellent service to our customers to build new business relationships and preserve existing relationships; ensuring the highest level of integrity in every transaction to promote future business activity.

Providing technical troubleshooting on the physical assessment and device (vital signs devices) product line

Assisting customers with product questions, specifications and instructions on the entire medical device product line

Processing customer requests ranging from order entry to repairs, exchanges and replacements.

Customer service representatives are responsible for the success of the job. They work with sales as a representative for the customer. They are in charge of communicating with both production and the customer to ensure the job meets the customer’s expectations. This role requires attention to detail, communication skills, organization, and multi-tasking.

Additional Accomplishments:

Established and ran an Outside Purchasing department for 9 months

Responsibilities include making all purchases (excluding paper) for each job that comes through the shop; any materials needed or outside vendor services needed for the job. Requires constant monitoring of the job as it goes through production as well as when it is at the vendor. This rotation requires attention to detail, communication, scheduling, and multi-tasking.

Production Estimator for 5 months

Responsibilities include outputting a job cost from specifications provided by the sales team. An in-depth knowledge of production is key in this role. A job must be estimated exactly as it is to be produced because the job is sold to the customer using the cost represented in the estimate. This role requires problem solving, communication with sales and vendors, attention to detail, and an ability to work under time constraints.
