Hello, my name is case I wanted to add that I’ve worked in different job fields I went from working warehouse, to going to school and working in the electrician field, then i decided to become a direct support professional for intellectually disabled individuals I now work with 15 different residents at the adult residential facilities owned by sunshine residential I’ve worked here for 2 years and I am now looking for a different kind of job that is in the same field of a direct support professional I thought becoming a coach would be great for me and my career I’ve learned to understand these individuals from the different various levels of disabilities Ours is a level 4i I have a consumers I work with daily who are blind, autistic, non-verbal, and much more calmer people I’ve learned to understand each and everyone one of them by teaching them and learning them so I can understand their needs Becoming a coach would be life changing and much more motivating for me in this field I’m looking for a new environment with a great team to work with Thank you
