- Trained staff members on conducting events and following safety procedures. The facility includes 6 pools, 2 spas, 3 diving platforms, water slides, aqua play structures, inflatables, a full rec center, concessions, meeting rooms, Olympic Oval, US Speed Skating HQ, and 20 acre park.

- Oversee an expansive swim lesson program, drowning prevention presentations, and youth swim teams.

- Performed administrative duties in implementation and supervision of the general operations of the aquatic facilities through staff training, creating and overseeing a budget, planning, safety auditing, scheduling, customer service and evaluating a variety of programs specific to aquatics programming and aquatics facilities for the University.

- Directly hire, supervise, train and mentor a staff of 2 full-time Graduate Assistants, 10 Building Supervisors, 10 Head Lifeguards, 50 Lifeguards, 50 Swim Teachers, 10 American Red Cross Specialty Instructors, and 25 Customer Service Desk/Retail Attendants.

- Developed a new training process for lifeguard and swim teacher audits/performance evaluation which has resulted in increased performance standards and an increase in employee morale.

- Achieved a program revenue growth of 182% from Fall 2011 to Fall 2017 through various revenue generating programs such as increasing the swim lesson program, triathlons, and special events.

- Hired, trained, and directly supervised the customer service employees in the Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Building. Helped train and supervise customer service employees at two other locations.

- Manage a year round Learn to Swim program, taught Longfellow's WHALE Tales to school groups to increase awareness in drowning prevention.

- American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Trainer and Water Safety Instructor Trainer for the facility.

- Organized and supervised the operations of the aquatics program which includes providing program support, maintaining certification records, scheduling staff, planning safety trainings and in-services, and assisting in ensuring pool safety and proper maintenance.

- Supported the Assistant Director with daily operational functions, supervising all aquatics and customer service staff and maintaining safety in aquatic facilities.
