- Directly hire, supervise, train and mentor a staff of 2 full-time Graduate Assistants, 10 Building Supervisors, 10 Head Lifeguards, 50 Lifeguards, 50 Swim Teachers, 10 American Red Cross Specialty Instructors, and 25 Customer Service Desk/Retail Attendants.
- Developed a new training process for lifeguard and swim teacher audits/performance evaluation which has resulted in increased performance standards and an increase in employee morale.
