
I believe that being a team player and creating a safe work environment for others aids for a more successful business. Having over eight years of customer service experience, I've learned that patience and kindness goes hand and hand, and it's something that I've worked with very closely. My philosophy is that if you treat others the way you would want to be treated, they will continue to come to you. I think it's very important to make each and every interaction you have feel one of a kind because without it, our opportunities would not exist. My hope is to be in this role, so that I can demonstrate the Publix culture in making a difference every day.
